Welcome & Introduction

The Goldwork Guild is now well into its seventh year, having been established at the beginning of 2004 as a way of presenting information for the expert, the inexperienced, the designer, the teacher, the re-enacter, the museum curator, kit user and even the person who has always wanted to have a go.  The Guild is a way of passing knowledge on to anyone interested in this beautiful craft and to provide a knowledge base for those in the future.  It seems amazing that this form of embroidery, which is centuries old has not had a Guild formed years ago, but here at last this is being rectified.

Input from others is welcomed and encouraged and this will eventually provide a library of accumulated notes and other peoples' unpublished research.

Membership

Annual subscription to the guild is £12.00 per year for UK residents;  £15.00 per year for Europe and countries within the EU; £17.00 for all elsewhere. Please note, we are the process of changing bank accounts, so in the interim period, please make all cheques/POs payable to Janice Williams.  Or you can subscribe via Paypal by clicking here and making payment via this email address:  janice.sheldoncottage@cotswoldwireless.co.uk.

During your subscription you will receive 4 issues of the Goldwork Guild's magazine (published January, April, July and October) and notifications of activities, visits, exhibitions etc.

Interested?  Then download, complete this Membership Form and send, with appropriate remittance to: The Goldwork Guild, Sheldon Cottage Studio, Epney, Gloucester GL2 7LN
